I am sorry girls. I know it took me a long time to finally get down to showing you all the farewell gift. Well, you got to at least know where your money goes to right? Haha.Hee, this was the bag i chose for myself. It's a healthy shade of bubble pink.
Makes me happy carrying it cos it looks so cheery! =)
And i got to say it's been a very useful gift so far, i bring this bag to most of my schools. I can put in my laptop, some notes and other teaching materials and still have much space for an extra set of clothes or a pair of shoes.

Am also starting to like my town more and more. Actually, can't believe nearly 2 months have passed! Only 10 more months left to enjoy the place. Haha.
Supervisor already asked me how long am staying for. Said a year. Bit hasty to answer so quickly, but think that's a sensible time frame. Although at time do wonder if should stay longer....
Anyway, your experience with the typhoon sounds quite exciting! Was your house intact when you got back? Good that you had company eh?

Thanks for the sweet comment.I am glad you are starting to like your town more. I can't believe either that it's almost 2 months now since we arrived in Japan.
With the passing of each day, i am constantly reminded too that there our stay here is really a transient one. Whether it's a year or two though, I am sure that we will make many wonderful memories of our time here and hopefully go home with an enriched perspective.
